With the desire to become one of the leading pharmaceutical companies providing drugs with herbal ingredients in Vietnam, we have constantly researched and developed. Due to development needs, we need to look for talent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Position: General human resources specialist (1 employee)<\/li>\n<li>Room: HCNS<\/li>\n<li>Manager: Head of Human Resources Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>II. Specific tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and implement administrative management and personnel records in the company.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and manage salaries, bonuses and other benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, organize and be directly responsible for recruitment activities, personnel quality assessment, and labor relations resolution. Propose the development of regulations, salary and bonus policies, and payroll system.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a system of internal rules, regulations on working and rest time, regulations on holidays, leave, overtime&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Resolve arising tasks under the direction of the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>III. Candidate requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated from university majoring in human resource management, economics, society&#8230; or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Over 2 years of working experience as a general human resources administrative specialist\/human resources specialist, experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office operating system.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interaction skills. Problem solving ability.<\/li>\n<li>Can work in groups and work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in human resource management, business administration or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IV.
