Due to development needs, we need to look for talent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: SALES ADMIN<\/li>\n<li>Business Department<\/li>\n<li>Manager: Business Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>II. Job description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan: according to monthly production plan, print production orders, ensure monthly supply of stationery<\/li>\n<li>Contracts, business &amp; supply documents: plan, update and monitor, support, check sales, sign new ones, liquidate, handle related issues<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and archiving: Responsible for drafting, editing and managing business and supply administrative documents, such as making sales letters, quotations, contracts, printing monthly production orders, stationery according to monthly plan.<\/li>\n<li>Bidding: Provide documents, bidding documents and documents related to the business department.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery: Coordinate delivery according to plan<\/li>\n<li>Support and coordination: perform other tasks assigned by direct management and the Board of Directors. Communicate and record information from the sales department and other departments<\/li>\n<li>Arrange schedules and prepare meetings of the sales department, prepare meeting minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>III. Candidate requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Economics and Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of economics, business, marketing, and communications<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Have teamwork skills, coordinate well with other departments and withstand high pressure<\/li>\n<li>Have a supportive spirit, progressive, eager to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IV.
