RECRUITING: SALES AND SUPPLY ASSISTANT (Sale Admin)

With the desire to become one of the leading pharmaceutical companies providing drugs with herbal ingredients in Vietnam, we have constantly researched and developed. Due to development needs, we need to look for talent:

  • Location: SALES ADMIN
  • Business Department
  • Manager: Business Manager

II. Job description:

  • Plan: according to monthly production plan, print production orders, ensure monthly supply of stationery
  • Contracts, business & supply documents: plan, update and monitor, support, check sales, sign new ones, liquidate, handle related issues
  • Drafting and archiving: Responsible for drafting, editing and managing business and supply administrative documents, such as making sales letters, quotations, contracts, printing monthly production orders, stationery according to monthly plan.
  • Bidding: Provide documents, bidding documents and documents related to the business department.
  • Delivery: Coordinate delivery according to plan
  • Support and coordination: perform other tasks assigned by direct management and the Board of Directors. Communicate and record information from the sales department and other departments
  • Arrange schedules and prepare meetings of the sales department, prepare meeting minutes

III. Candidate requirements:

  • Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Economics and Business Administration.
  • Understanding of economics, business, marketing, and communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Have teamwork skills, coordinate well with other departments and withstand high pressure
  • Have a supportive spirit, progressive, eager to learn.
