RECRUITING: OPERATIONS MANAGER

I. General Information:

With the desire to become one of the leading pharmaceutical companies providing drugs with herbal ingredients in Vietnam, we have constantly researched and developed. Due to development needs, we need to look for talent:

• Position: Operations manager
• Manager: Deputy Director
• Summary: Interaction, support and coordination between departments. Ensure that the company’s procedures and processes are implemented and operated in accordance with the Rules and relevant legal regulations.

II. Job description:

• Work with department heads and company staff to develop business plans, staffing and processes to ensure safe and efficient execution of business and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate, implement, and manage with external services and agencies.
• Supervise daily operations of departments, ensuring timely support.
• Ensure compliance with reporting, document compilation, and record keeping requirements.
• Design, establish and maintain organizational and staffing structures to effectively accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
• Act as the primary legal liaison and custodian regarding corporate paperwork matters within the company and to the public.
• Other assigned tasks related to administration, business, and people.
• Recruit, train, observe and evaluate employees
• Provide orientation (welcoming sessions for new staff)
• Monitor and analyze monthly performance against budget.

III. Candidate requirements:

• Understanding/experience in corporate governance, business, and people.
• Ability to plan, process and implement them into business and organization
• Basic understanding of labor, business and finance laws
• Interaction, connection, and teamwork skills. Under pressure
• University: Business Administration, Economics, Law
• At least 2 years of experience in related field.
