RECRUITING: DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D)

Due to development needs, we need to look for talent:

• Position: Deputy Head of Research and Development (1 person)
• Department: Research and Development (R&D)
• Manager: Head of Research and Development Department.

II. Job purpose:

The Deputy Head of Research and Development will use creativity and research methods to develop and provide strategic direction for the research of engineering technologies, processes, equipment, and marketing registrations. products, and at the same time propose product development solutions for customers to continue sustainable development for the Company.

III. Specific tasks:

• Develop and implement new product development plans and research to improve the quality of current products.
• Implement and monitor product research and development activities.
• Deploy and monitor product circulation registration.
• Product technical representative, providing product technical information to departments and outside parties.
• Together with the Head of Department, organize activities of the Research & Development Department.
• Coordinate with departments to provide solutions to check and stabilize product quality.
• Advise, handle, and be responsible for research and product development issues.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.

IV. Requirements for the position:

• Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Pharmacy.
• Have 3 years or more experience in the field of R&D, priority is given to candidates with experience in equivalent positions at Pharmaceutical companies.
• Have a GMP training certificate, have knowledge and understanding of industry legal documents.
• Have experience in managing people and work, have leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Have a sense of responsibility and initiative in work.
